Mindfulness is the energy that helps us recognize and accept unconditionally the conditions that are present in our lives.


Mindfulness helps us to live in the present moment and not in the past or the future. Mindfulness is a learned experience & does require practice. You can learn to be mindful in every moment of your daily life.
